"The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, there's a couple of tram lines that stop near the hotel and will take you to all the tourist attractions in 10 minutes and run very frequently. It's clean and pleasant. My only comment is that the front desk is usually not staffed, and I didn't receive instructions how to check in. I was able to get inside with another guest and was waiting in the lobby for a while until someone told me I needed to send a message to the management to get the...

"Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Lovely, clean room with old fashioned wood furnitures and a patio overlooking the street. The front desk staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is very good. I only gave 4 stars because it is quite noisy at night from the racing cars, partying people on the street."

"The hotel was great. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. We didnt use the restaurant as we prefer to eat out, wifi was good. Central location and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. About 25 min walk to th3 old town square, but its all walking. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow. 10/10 from us."

"This gem of a property is located in the Jewish quarter surrounded by restaurants serving superb food. Easy walking distance to markets, laundrettes. Staff super helpful. Need a taxi to and from the airport and they will make it happen. Rooms cleaned each day to a high standard. Walk out the door and across the road , try the food and bet you keep going back. This hotel is in the hub of activity and a safe place to walk at night."
