Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The property was very dirty, and the staff was not supportive at all. I explained several times that my mother is disabled and even offered to pay extra to be moved to a ground-floor room or to exchange rooms with another guest, but all of my requests were refused. As a result, my mother was unable to leave the room for most of our trip because she could not manage the stairs. The property had no elevator, and there was no effort made to accommodate her disability. We were very disappointed by the lack of understanding and compassion shown towards a disabled guest.
