Excellent stay Room clean, modern and spacious. Area very good and we felt safe walking about at night. Everything close by and they tram on the doorstep was brilliant. 10/10. Would stay again.

Very clean & tidy in a good location.
It was in a good location. The airport bus stop was across the road as was a good tram stop to the centre. It was also walkable (for me) from the train & bus station. The hotel was very clean. I liked the keycode to enter the room which worked 100% of the time. Excellent shower. Very close by was a mini supermarket. The wi-fi connection was very good except for a short period of time.

The hotel is located over the bridge from the Old Town - about 15 min walking. Breakfast was not included but you could buy it for about $12. I can not say - there is huge varieties of food there, but you will not be hungry. The room looks pretty spacious on the first site, but bathroom is really small and there was not enough towels. There is no safe in the room. About the bed: mattress was too firm for us and there were just two tiny pillows. Overall the property is really clean.

The hotel is beside the river and both the bus stop and tram stop, so this is convenient. Unfortunately there are not very many cafes or restaurants in this area and the hotel only serves breakfast, so this was not convenient. I did find one very good pizza restaurant near the hotel, that is about a 5 minute walk and there is also a French and an Italian restaurant also probably 5 - 10 minutes away, but I did not have time to try them. The hotel also does not provide slippers, so you will need to bring your own and the rooms are kind of small, there is however an electric tea/coffee pot with complimentary packets of coffee and tea and you can purchase basics in the lobby, there is also a Zabka shop across the street if you want to a better selection of products for purchase.

there was NO INFORMATION BEFORE payment about check-in time. i needed to check-in at 4am but after payment i've got the information that check-in starts only from 2pm. so of course there is no refund and of course they didn't answer on my email and on my request for refund

The room ok, it would be nice if a small fridge to keep water/milk. 5min walk to castle, around 20/25 to main square however the best thing about this hotel is it on bus route to airport #300 27mins £1.20. Tram to square #18 7mins £.75p or bus near #124 £.75p. A few takeaway places nearby but most restaurants a 10min walk over the bridge to north or east. I got the breakfast once it was a waste of time not much selection not hotels falt mainly guests being greedy taking more than they could eat and dumping food leaving not much for people behind.

The room was decent, but the walls were very thin and l could hear the people's conversation in the room next to mine. The inside of the hotel is kept way too hot (even in the lobby and hallways), and the air conditioner in my room had been preprogrammed not to come on. Overall, it's a good hotel for the cost, but it could use some improvements.

Good place. Friendly staff. The issue I frequently had was with other guests who were acting like hooligans even at 3 a.m. The sound proofing in the building is also an issue, you can hear people's conversation next door to you.

Guard was horrible
The hotel was clean and has an easy access to all we had a 2 nights stay here for Christmas market The only thing that we didn’t like was when our taxi came to pick us up and as we were loading our luggage the guard of the hotel spoke to the driver on a harsh way and was swearing at him he said that he was not allowed to park at the back and the fact that we had 5 rooms book in this hotel The guard didn’t have any consideration We will not stay here again

The property is located near to city centre. Looks like newly built hotel , but they have to keep more amenities like iron, tea cups, coffee machine and etc.

The hotel is well situated and only about a half hour walk into Krakow. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Although there is a tv in the room it is only Polish speaking. Only downside was no kettle in the room.. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the hotel is superb. Clean and friendly staffs. However the hotel should have more manpower to accommodate and address concerns of the customers.
