"No hot water in a 4* property!! Unbelievable, but true!! Staff has to run around with buckets of hot water to supply to the room! Veg & Non-veg counters are the same. Vegetarians will find it absolutely difficult and shocked to know that catering guys have forgotten their basics!! :) Don't ask about the passage carpets! They stink, stain and stick. Having said that, front-desk/reception service was too good - excellent! They really try to save the faces of this hotel. "

"Booked a deluxe twin bed room online. The receptionist could not find our booking and asked to forward the email confirmation received from the online site. He asked for extra fare and latter settled for wahat we had paid online. Had a malfuctioning split AC unit in the room. Could not adjust temperature on that and we had to switch on the fan. Old style furnished room was fairly clean. No water bottles and electric kettle. Bathroom is ok but not upto our expectations. Hospitality is...
