"This guest house is absolutely unique - it has an atmosphere of a hut in the woods, and it is actually in the woods. on the way, you pass by an ancient castle, which we loved to explore. At the guesthouse we received one of the best meals we ever had, so special and so well made! Finally, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the common dining room is quite interesting and very cozy. "I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. "The hotel was not a good fit for us. It was clean, room and balcony were spacious, the staff was polite, and the view from our balcony was truly spectacular. But it’s on the quiet side of the lake, had an extremely limited restaurant menu (one page total with plenty of white space) the bathtub is poorly configured and the place personified faded beauty. Think late Victorian chic. To be fair, I noticed there were returning customers as we checked in, so lots of people must be satisfied. Other...

"The air conditioner wouldn’t go below 22, we woke up pouring sweat. Everything was an add-on. Renting a bike for an hour was slightly cheaper than 4 hours; not free for guests. Breakfast for charge, mini bar is full but they’ll email you after your departure to settle that cost as well. Meh."
