"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer"

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"Room did not have amenities promised. Staff not on property so cannot help with amenities. Door would not shut properly without a lot of effort. Not pleased with room quality compared to photos online."

"Apartment was clean, well equipped and block was quiet. Nice and comfortable. Good location in the city and close to main train station. Also close to bus route for the airport."

"Wir hatten das Familienzimmer, welches sehr gepflegt und sauber bei der Ankunft war. Generell ist das Hotel sauber, hat eine super Ausgangslage, genügend Parkplätze vor Ort und ein sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen!"

"Super Lage – die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch Ausflugsziele wie Minimundus oder das Strandbad sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und dank der guten Schallisolierung angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen."

"Zimmer sehr sauber und das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Allerdings wird das Hotel im Moment umgebaut und so stehen fast vor jedem Zimmer Gerüste. Bauarbeiten unter der Woche und das wohl bis 2027."
