The spa had no staff available when required. Breakfast was basic Otherwise good location modern facilities in the rooms. Would def visit here again.

Even though they said the property was remodeled last year, there were cracks in the floor molding, mold in the shower and wall paper was pealing. Outdoor chair cushion was stained. The view of the water from the ground floor room balcony is hidden by hedges. Breakfast was a huge buffet but not what Americans might be attracted to. Lots of lunch-like savory plates: deli meat, cheese, salad, vegetables. They did offer eggs and fruit and pastries. But I could not recommend the breakfast.

I requested twin beds and hotel messaged to say that was fine but they were not available when we arrived. The staff were reluctant to help saying we would need to wait to the following day. They eventually provided bedding to use on the sofa. The hotel does not have the advertised restaurant. The beach bar did not serve food. The gym is tiny and one of the weights machine didn’t function properly. The running machine is plugged in with the lead traversing the doorway and easy to trip over. The bathroom had a large area of mould on the ceiling and the shower didn’t drain properly.

Superbe hôtel à l'écart du bruit et des odeurs de Kotor, face à la mer et proche de petits restaurants. Personnel au petit soin et toujours disponible. Bon petit déjeuner, parking à disposition . En saison , piscine et bord de plage présents et agréables.

Stunning location!

Lovely hotel in a stunning location in Kotor Bay. Rooms are comfortable, with amazing views over the water. It’s great to be able to access the Beach Club while staying at the hotel, and to enjoy a dip in the sea followed by a glass of wine. Staff at both the hotel and beach club are very friendly and professional. Looking forward to a return trip!

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel moderne et confortable disposant d'une magnifique vue sur la baie de Kotor sans subir les désagréments de la foule de touristes inondant littéralement la vieille ville de Kotor. Déjeuner préparé avec soin uniquement avec des produits frais et renouvelés chaque jour pour le plaisir des papilles.

Really helpful friendly staff. Hotel has a great location near the lake. Lovely small pool area, with free sunbeds and towels, also sunbeds and brollies around the lake. Lovely spacious room, most with lake views. Good choice for continental breakfast including hot and cold selections.

Beautiful!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are excellent and went the extra mile to ensure our visit was perfect. I loved the beach club across the road, with sea access, which is free to use for the hotel guests. Only 1 drawback is the parking - or lack of it. Often people would be double parked in a very small car park, with very little parking available on the roads.

Beautiful hotel! Best beach club right across the street! Great price for the 5 star hotel… Ni only opinion is the kitchen is right across one of the suites and it wakes you up in the morning . Make sure you get a suite on a higher floor

Lovely boutique hotel with fabulous views. We had a sea view room which was spacious and great for sitting out on the balcony, but also you could take in the spectacular views having breakfast outside or from the loungers overlooking the water. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and local and we really enjoyed the different options. It’s a long walk into Kotor which we did once, plus there are limited evening dining options within a short walking distance. On a couple of evenings we walked 25/40 minutes to restaurants further towards Kotor. The hotel had easy parking and a small pool and there was a supermarket close by. The beach bar loungers were great and there was a large sectioned off sea area for swimming. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

100% recommended! Just in front of the lake.... and the views are phenomenal! We're so glad we were just outside kotor as it was quieter. The beach bar across is cool and wasn't too crowded. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We arrived at 1am due to flight delays and there is a 24hrs receptionist that helped us promptly. Spacious rooms. Definitely need a car there as taxis are pretty dear. We were about 10-20 mins from Kotor depending on traffic. Loved it ... thank you!

We really had a good time in this hotel . View was amazing, looking to the mountains and water from balcony . The only thing streets are very narrow and sometimes difficult to park. But it was very convenient if you rent a boat for a trip, they pick you up right in front of the hotel . Another thing we really liked the buffet breakfast, they had a lot of food variety. The location of the hotel was very convenient . Thank you so much to all the staff, they were great . Last but not least , if you need to do laundry, they will do it for you too. Thanks.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2025 and loved our stay. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast every morning. The views of kotor bay are unreal at this location. It is very walkable to many restaurants and there is a small market close by to get bottled water and other beverages & snacks. A long promenade to walk along the water gets you off the busy road on the other side and where you can get to the restaurants. We rented a car while here and driving around is easy and a great option. Lots of free parking at the hotel. There is a pool and a small beach club on kotor bay, this has a snack bar and drink service. The hotel provides you with beach towels. Overall great stay!
