This is an exquisitely restored historic building with superb furnishings in the perfect setting to experience the beauty of Kotor Bay. It is a very stylish, boutique hotel with superb staff who are geared to making your stay the best possible experience. It has all the facilities you might expect, and all in exceptionally good condition. Whoever designed and furnished the interior did an amazing job! It has a very peaceful ambience, with lots of colour and separate spaces. We dined in the evening and were impressed by the service and the quality of the food and wine. There are other very good restaurants to try, either a short drive or short walk up the road. Breakfasts are excellent, with plenty of choice and attentive staff. We could easily have spent all of our 4 days relaxing in the hotel and its surroundings, enjoying the breathtaking views across the bay and the mountains.
Great location, away from very busy Kotor, but a short bike ride, long walk or fast taxi into town. Unique decor, friendly and helpful staff made this a very pleasant short break.
The hotel was spot on for us in location, facilities, comfort and service. It is sandwiched between the sea (within 50 feet of the front gate) and the mountains (which rise up sharply just the other side of the main road). The staff could not have been better, the place had a great ambience and we really liked the decor and the size of the suite. A few things to be aware of....it was hard to find in the dark, they were lots of steps so suits active people, the bedroom was a bit too cosy, though th bed was huge and the living room and bathrooms were fantastic. The sea view was spectacular, the food was good and choices plentiful, though their English Breakfast was a bit unorthodox. It was a 4km walk into Kotor along a quiet sea front road which we enjoyed. There wer decent restaurants within walking distance, so it was well catered for. All told e loved it and would recommend it to similarly minded and equally active people.
nice hotel and great service. However they say all their rooms are sea views that is false. All the 3 room rooms on the 3rd floor have almost no seaview. Unless you consider getting on top of a chair and peering out the window a sea view. They also are loft rooms which means they are a an angle since they are in the roof of the property. This mean you can hit your head plentry of times. That is my only complaint that they mislead you by saying you will have a seaveiw. The property is amazing and so is the location the staff is also very accomidating. Breakfast is also good.
The hotel is right on the bay, a beautiful and peaceful setting. It's s small and quiet hotel with lovely rooms and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's 4km from the town so secluded but not for you if you want to be in the town. It's less than 5 euros for a taxi to Kotor old town and it's great for exploring other parts of the area.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Incredible location with an incredible view. Very, very friendly staff. Hotel staff could not have been more attentive. We are looking forward to hopefully return one day. And we will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the hotel staff for an amazing stay and fantastic memories.
Lovely old building, sympathetically restored and modernised. Relaxing on the quayside is sublime - the views are amazing. There are also lots of other super areas to relax within the hotel. The area is very peaceful, yet within easy reach of Kotor and lots of very picturesque places within the bay and there is an excellent restaurant nearby if you fancy a change. Perfect place to relax.
A fantastic hotel experience. Genuinely a luxury boutique hotel that caters to exactly what guests need, in beautiful surroundings, without a hint of the imposing pretentious atmosphere of some of the other options in the locale.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and we could choose between a local breakfast or an English style.
The hotel is actually an historical site that was renovated into an hotel but has kept it's historical atmosphere.
The view is breath taking! As you open your room window, the bay of Kotor is directly in front.
You can go swimming in the bay right up front of the hotel. They have a small quay to swim from and sun bade.
Wonderful hotel, peaceful and tastefully decorated. Stayed for my birthday and was well looked after. Had a great massage and the staff were really helpful with advice on local activities and places to eat. The only disappointment was a lack of understanding of the implications of my food allergy. Simply removing the mussels from a dish that has been cooked with them in it does not mean that my body will not react. Luckily I found a remaining one and managed to avoid an uncomfortable night. The octopus salad I was given instead was delicious.
We stumbled upon this hotel for a last minute overnight stay and are so glad we did! The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was so helpful, and the restaurant was fantastic! We really enjoyed the view of the water from our bedroom, as well as the sauna in the fitness center. Our only complaint was that the hotel was difficult for us to find, as our GPS couldn't find it (but that seemed to be the case with most places in Kotor Bay.) We would definitely recommend this hotel!
Small family run hotel. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a view of the bay. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good, breakfast good too. Walking distance along lower road by the bay into Kotor town. Highly recommended for all but in particular for couples.
Palazzo Radomiri is a beautifully restored old palace on the shores of the remarkable Bay of Kotor. The views are terrific. Mountains, sea shores, pretty villages, walled towns - the area has lots to offer. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Montenegro is a very welcoming and interesting country.
Lovely, stone built, small hotel right on the coast and 5 minutes drive from Kotor. Our room was fantastic with a great view of the lake. Very clean and luxurious. Breakfast was basic - bread, cheese and some fruit drinks. One cup of tea or coffee because, unless another guest comes in, you won't see the waitress again. You can have eggs, in which case you'll get just that...eggs. The other facilities that are available turn out not to be, the bikes are in garage, the kayaks are leaking, the sauna isn't switched on etc. Great little pool, provided there aren't too many trying to use it at once! So, the room and location are 5 star and that's what we wanted anyway, but don't expect a full range of facilities.
