"The room was very pleasant. The idea of the water machine to chill and heat water is good but in practical terms we had to wait for ages for the water to chill. The courtesy bus ran on time and the food was fine in the evening and breakfast. The design of the complex means there is a lot of noise from doors being closed and suitcases being rolled along all the time. This is because the individual blocks are all constructed from hard surfaces which make all noises very loud as everything echoes. As it's an airport hotel there's lots of people coming and going all night so all the noise made it very difficult to sleep."

"Staff friendly, checked in online and all went quick at counter, efficient. Great lobby as well as outside relax area. Beds comfy and although bathroom small ok for the size. No disturbance from planes. And do close to the terminal, just a covered short walk Breakfast good, very long opening hrs starting at 4.00 am! Roti station outside in relax area. A group of guys (ADE)already eating bf afterwards depleted bf items by filling up take away containers, bags as well as bottles. Which some drank from to than fill them up with juices... very unhygienic. As a frequent hotel guest over the years this hotel has strived to improve and I for sure will use their services again when at KLIA2"

"It's a holiday inn......usual holiday inn activities lol. There was a night market outside which was cool to experience. "

"Our flight was delayed twice, so by the time we arrived it was very late but the security guard was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bottles of cold water in the fridge were a relief to see. We had everything we needed, just a shame we didn't have more time to make use of the facilities available."

"This place is so great! The staff are very nice and helpful. There is even a cat with a kitten who lives in the hostel! They are both so sweet and will hang out with you in the common area. I booked a private room and it was perfect. For the price, you are getting a great value. The location is not far from the airport. Food within walking distance. The common area has a large fridge and dishes you can use. There is a common area patio for smoking on the second floor. Just remember to abide by the check in times! Otherwise there is a chance you might be waiting a while because the front desk does not open until the afternoon. Not a problem if you plan accordingly. Beds are comfortable. A/C works great. Overall a wonderful hostel. "
