"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairo. The service was exceptional, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities and services throughout the hotel were impeccable, and the décor and ambience beautifully reflected the culture, character and history of Egypt, creating a very special atmosphere. The restaurants within the hotel were also of an exceptionally high standard, with excellent food and service. Overall, our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and would certainly stay here again."

"I had an excellent stay at Panorama Ramsis Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. Without a doubt, one of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its location. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to reach business districts, shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Cairo’s most popular attractions. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the location is hard to beat. The hotel has also been newly renovated, and it really shows. The lobby, hallways, and rooms feel fresh, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important during Cairo’s hot weather, and the Wi-Fi is fast, reliable, and strong throughout the hotel, making it easy to work, stream, or stay connected with family and friends. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From the reception desk to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. "The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. Fortunately, I was with my partner, who speaks Arabic; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with them at all."
