"All facilities were available for our needs. unfortunately the springs in the mattress were broken and there were several lumps which we were laying on which resulted in myself getting a sore back. The sofa bed needed cleaning as was very stained. On entering the apartment the floor was very uneven whilst walking on it because the whole apartment seemed as it was subsiding."

"Dog friendly. Oven unusable as filthy dirty. Grease +++. Cobwebs in main bedroom. Old drink can down the side of the sofa. Moved the sofa and dirty underneath. Mould on a lot of the walls. "From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we'll looked after. The great service at check in continued all through our stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent during both dinner and breakfast. The room itself was comfy, warm, but could do with a bit of freshening up. This didn't affect our stay at all. "
