"Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great. "

"The bathroom for the room I was given the first night wasn’t draining water properly. However my room was changed that night. The porter was really kind and lovely, apostolius (not sure I got the spelling correctly). The next day, I noticed the floor of the room wasn’t entirely clean and so I used the floor towel to wipe around. "The room was really bad. We had an annex suite. It looks like a student dorm. Not a 4 star hotel. Honestly I saw university dorms that looked better. The pool was ice cold in October. No heating. Almost nobody in the water because of this. Too bad. The food was pretty good, staff was mostly nice. Animation team with some kids activities. The best thing about the hotel was the cats and dog ln property, kids enjoyed that. Otherwise it's just a place to stay. Not a 4 star resort for sure. I was...
