"히노키탕, 노천탕, 족욕탕 너무 좋았음. 야외 테라스도 좋음. 분위기 미쳤!!! 침대 편하고, 베개는 같은 브랜드 제품 구하고 싶을 정도! 그런대, 너무 넓어서 그런지 구석에 먼지 많음. 탕에 물때가 있어서 좀 아쉬웠음. 화장실 한 개인 건 진짜 불편함. 방도 크고, 더블 침대 3갠데 화장실 1개라니... 그리고 거울이 화장실에만 있어서 그것도 너무 불편함. 조리 시설이 하나도 없는데, 전자렌지 하나 정도는 있어도 되지 않나 싶음 1층까지 내려가서 음식 데워옴. 직원 출근 시간이 8시인데, 그 전에 수건 모자라면 그냥 참아야함... ..."
