"The service and quality of food and drinks at the pool bars were sub-par. Multiple waiters seemed to be annoyed when we would order drinks and would ask other people to make them in front of us. Also, the resort has a contract with a taxi service (which is very expensive in comparison to uber) and they make it very difficult to be picked up by an uber. You have to get carted to an “uber pickup area” in the back near a dirt road which is also closed after a certain hour and on Sundays. The suite...
