"The staff tried to sell us a timeshare/membership type of program as soon as we checked in. It was a confusing experience with services and items shown we would get with the room but did not. The restaurants and service are amazing. The buffet has flies landing on the food. The room we had for the first two days did not have a bathroom door, the shower leaked water in a large pool that used most of our towels and the tiles in the room were old and in disrepair.
