Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the staff members were courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our king-sized bed actually consisted of 2 double beds pushed together; the bulb in one bedside lamp was burned out; and we had difficulty getting the thermostat to cool the room, so we slept with the window open.

As a repeat customer, my stay at Wyndham is always awesome, and at Ramada in Konya is nothing but exceptional. A friendly staff, and despite little instances of a language barrier, tried their best to assist. Ms Buse especially greeted me and other customers, as I observed, always with a smile, and portray a disposition of courtesy. I'm pleased.

Staff service disappointing

I am giving a lower scor on service only becaus i have stayed 1 night before my stay here in Isparta Ramada and I am comparing with it. We arrived and checked in and we had to fill and sign thee form which is unusual to me who traveled arround the world and did not have to do this before...then we entered our room..it was like oven from the heat...why they would not prepare the room for our rival? Then unlike Ramada Isparta..they had this small bottles of soups/shampoo and body lotion..only one ..and we are 2 persons in the room.. I looked for iron.and there was non..while in Ramada ISPARTA there was..we went for swimming and the water was soooo cold.. I was kinda disappointed of all this..especially that this is 5 star hotel while isparta Ramada was 4. When we went for breakfast next day a lady apprached us ..i belive her nam is Bosa..and asked us about our hotel experiance..i yold her my disappointment..and when we got back to our room..there was an iron and extra shampoos..thank you Bosa

The fact that people cannot speak English makes it really hard for me to recommend it to my friends and family. The people at the restaurants ignore you totally, they don’t want to deal with the language barrier, even though I had an application of translation, it was just a matter of patience but instead, they would see you standing at the door and will pass you by; only a girl at the front desk was very nice and tried to recommend for us to eat outside the hotel
