Very good hotel

Good clean room nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was wow factor loads of choice and good quality. Used safi restaurant which hotel gave us discount voucher for this was excellent food definitely recommended

Everyone was really nice and pleasant. The breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but I think this is just traditional Turkish breakfast. Overall enjoyed my stay all the staff were lovely.

A nice hotel near the centre of the city and within walking distance to Mevlana Museum and Azizia Camii. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet, lacked only a great a cup of coffee to go with it. The only thing that bothered me in the room was no hooks in the bathroom to even hang towels on.

The room was very nice and big, very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, but the refrigerator was very old and there was not much space to hang clothes, and there was no place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom, but the room was very nice and clean, and the hotel did not smell of cigarettes at all, and the staff were very kind and the service was good. It is very close to the city center.

Not as good as other guests mentioned

We booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The smell was horrifying and we did not enjoy the room at all. The room is kind of old, not modern as other guests mentioned. The bathroom is very small especially the shower. An average fat person can not enter easily. The service was OK and the valet was good and efficient. The breakfast is amazing- the only reason if I have to stay here again.

Stayed overnight stop hate to give it a low rating because staff was helpful and overly attentive but area was sketchy and in need of wash especially towels and blankets won’t return definitely pay more if you have to overnight stop turn into sleepless night walked by hookers going to diner

There were jokes in the bedroom walls, the carpet was patched and unsafe, the room was extremely small for the amount of beds, the bathroom sink was severely damaged, the shower water pressure was terrible.
