Large top floor room with views of lake! Hotel directly across from train station, very convenient! We were there during a Harbour festival so was loud with windows open, but the band was great 😉! Great location for exploring Konstanz, tons of places to shop and eat and drink! Above a McDonald's so....late night snacking made easy! Front desk only avaliable until 9pm. They do have self check in for later than those hours.

We recently stayed for 3 nights in June. Good location very close to the train station and old town. Friendly helpful staff and very clean room. The hotel is undergoing rennovation which is noticeable. We were given a room that looked new which was nice but felt like it wasn’t finished i.e. Fridge, aircon looked new but not plugged in. There also wasn’t any guidebook or QR code link so had to ask for Wifi etc. I think a work in progress which will be very nice when completed and feedback followed re guest guidance etc.

The hotel is quite dated; should get a major overhaul. The price was quite high, considering the overall quality. The staff was friendly enough and offered free breakfast as compensation, but the breakfast buffet was quite limited as well and not everything was fresh. The public parking garage is right next door, which is a) convenient, but b) also quite pricey. Although there was construction going on around the property by the city, the location was very convenient right in the center of the city.

Was across the street from the train station so was very convenient. When we asked where a nearby laundry facility was the hotel said they had a washer and dryer on premises with soap that we could use for no charge-fantastic! The facility was very safe, neat and clean. Staff were very helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

DO NOT stay here for the foreseeable future! There is major construction both inside and outside the hotel. The main entrance is blocked and closed.  Use the side door, but it is blocked by construction vehicles and littered with construction debris, dog feces and cigarette butt's. The entire ground and first floor is gutted, debris is everywhere.  The construction noise starts at 7 am and goes until 4-5 pm. Sleeping in is not possible.  No breakfast is possible.  Rooms only available in upper floors, but the lift is reserved for construction personnel only. All the floors and stairs in the hotel have not been cleaned for weeks, perhaps months. The hotel will NOT tell you any of this until your reservation is beyond the cancelation point, very sneaky of them!

Great location in a clean and well services hotel. Despite have a room directly over looking the train station and being above MacDonalds it was not that noisy and the shutters kept the light out perfectly. With a separate bedroom for the children the room was ideal for our short stay. Friendly staff and the breakfast as well managed for the Covid situation

Located right outside Konstanz train station, it was easy to reach on arrival and depart after exploring Konstanz. Hosts were very nice. Were upgraded to a room with Mountain View and the sea. Very clean hotel, with lifts available to reach all floors. Check-in was done smoothly. Heating and hot water available. Aesthetic room with super comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would certainly come back.

It’s a nice guesthouse yet the internet was not that good and therefore the price was quite high (but the price level is high in the city anyways). Breakfast choice was sufficient and tasty. Area is good to explore the city and to take ferry’s around the area. Room was quite specious but the tv a little small.

If u get the floor on 4th u will have to carry your luggage from 3rd to 4rth on own. Everything is good else the staff as i dont find them cooperative and the breakfast is not very vast but limited. Location is great. Mac is down and lake and sealife is near too.

It was a dark & stormy night...and we were driving around & around the blocks, unable to find this place for over 20 minutes. We just kept circling the red pin on our map but couldn't seem to land😤 Once we finally found the small, however, we were Very pleasantly surprised! Innovative key retrieval, wide hallways, & a super-large, fantastically spotless room for the 3 of us!! Hubby & daughter didn't care for the beds, but I was a fan. Room was heated by hot water that warmed it well within 20-30 min. Wi-fi was problem-free. Gorgeous view out the windows of Lake Konstanz. The ONLY negative was our shower: doors didn't want to stay closed & showerhead had some lime build-up that disrupted the water flow. We were only there for one night so no great worries. But we would absolutely stay here again & definitely recommend.

Hotel was fine. Either the hotel or must likely Expedia book me for two reservations. I had no need for to rooms and I told the woman at the desk that. I also told her if there was a problem take it up with Expedia but under no circumstances are they to use my card a second time. They did, beware!

The hotel is located in a great spot. Across from the train station, close to near attractions. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Only down side was there was no air conditioning in the room we stayed and the heat wave made it difficult to be comfortable in room. When we informed staff they got us a couple of fans which helped. There were no available rooms so they were not able to move us to a different room even though they were very hesitant to find one. Overall we were satisfied as we did not stay in room much and it was a great location and easy to get around Konstanz.

This is an older property which has not been renovated in some time. Additionally, it is directly across the street from the main entrance to the train station. While we were given rooms on the top floor, it was still loud in the evening with teenagers and young people until well after midnight. All things considered, things could have been better and they also could have been worse. Next time, I would probably pay a little more to find a different hotel.
