"We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even...

"The room was large and comfortable. However it was located next to the elevator and so there was constant noise because of that. The plates, glasses and mugs were not enough for three guests - we had to ask for more. The air-drier provided was not working. The location of the suites is nice and very close to bus service. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I would describe it as average at best. Coffee was awful, from a 24-hour dispenser located in the lobby. Virtually undrinkable....
