"Pre-booked dinner for 2000. On arrival at hotel at 1830 nothing known. Only available table was 1845 so went straight to dinner. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard. Frequently stay at this hotel."

Having paid for a garden view room, I only saw a slither of grass & a picnic table! Sleep disturbed due to noise by the electric towel rail in the bathroom because when I put it off at the main switch the noise stopped. Description on Expedia was better than reality."

Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"A couple of issues like the pool being closed for a repaint for a couple of days. This is as out of their hands though so not the hotel’s fault. They were wonderful and gave us a free upgrade to compensate for the lack of pool. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and relaxing.
