"My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again."

"One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. There was someone elses hair near the toilet, heavy dust on all of the floor molding, and toothpaste marks on the mirror from a previous guest. It also smelled strongly of cigarettes."

"The breakfast buffet was great so many options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pretty great stay only thing that could use some improvement was the air conditioner in our room was really dirty as well as the filter"

"According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog. The breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged sugary treats, like powdered doughnuts."

People were smoking there most of the times, even the blankets have cigarette burnt holes which they haven’t changed. Beds are squishy, likely to get back pain. The room itself smells bad. "As a Platinum member of IHG, this hotel is ever the most ridiculous experience. I arrived and received a looks cleaned room. However, there is some sort of marks and scraps on bed and unknown liquid mark on hair drying, only one set of towel and unknown hair on toilet seat, as well no coffee machine and chair. Though the staff give me a room change, it’s basically nothing offered for a such unsatisfied experience especially as a member of the IHG."
