"Over, it was great. Ines at front desk was outstanding. While we waited several hours to get our room, it was insufficient, dark, no view, overlooking a parking lot and a wall. Inez worked with us to accommodate us and finally put us in a room that was what we paid for. She was absolutely amazing and accommodate us thoroughly. "

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I wish we had stayed more than one night! The rooms are clean and updated and have all amenities you’d expect. The robes and slippers were a nice touch! The sunset view from our room was absolutely amazing. We had dinner at the steakhouse and the food and service were both good. The breakfast buffet also has a really nice selection and real brewed coffee, which was a nice change from our other accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel! One of the best we’ve stayed at in Europe! "
