Unbeatable location (mo stairs to reach the location) and the room was lovely. Staff was helpful when I reached out via WhatsApp regarding dropping bags by. It was very fun having a room facing the main street in old town but it could also be a bit loud late at night. Having the windows shut and the fan on with the air conditioning helped but it is worth noting.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. I wish the couch was a bit bigger so it would be possible for all guests to relax and even sleep on it.

Amazing location within the walls and doesn’t have any steps to get to the hotel!! If you book the private car from the airport Andrea meets you at the drop off location to walk you to the hotel which was so helpful. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Andrea was amazing! She assisted with smooth check in and great suggestions where to go. Right in the heart of the city. The apartment with city view with two bedrooms was amazing. Very spacious and beds were super comfortable. Added bonus with a great breakfast included around the corner. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A cental hotel ideal for town and transport hubs, good communication regarding check-in as the desk is not manned 24hrs, very helpful lady on arrival. Hotel needs a bit of cleaning especially the floor, also the shower needs to be re siliconed as its showing its age.

The room was OK, the bed was better than other properties in old town. Lots of space in the room and little extras. The only reason 1 star was left off is there was a horrible sewage smell from the bathroom that really needs to be fixed, it hit us right away every time we went in.

It was a phenomenal property and lots of room for a family with 2 bathrooms. The apartment was so central and opened in the central square. The property manager Anita was super nice and accommodating. Well done and highly recommend this property!!

The location is great. The room is spacious and has a separate bedroom and living room. Check in is located in a different building and they are not there when they aren’t having check ins. We had 2 TVs. Neither would connect to the internet so they were unavailable. The check-in worker did come the next morning and got one TV working, but by the time we returned from our tour, it wasn’t working again. Overall it was a quiet room, however the first night, there must have been a party at Mamas, which was right outside our first floor window and they partied till 2am. VERY noisy. (Bring earplugs in case there is a party going on. But don’t worry that it will be like that all the time)

This was a wonderful apartment that was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host even put a bottle of wine in the room since she noticed upon having our passport information that the day we checked in was my birthday! That was above and beyond!

Andrea was very helpful. Let us check out late as it is low season in November. Beds were comfortable. I can imagine it is loud in the summer but since we were here in November being so close to the main street was actually great.

Best property, location and host ever! The apartment is centrally located in old town. Easy access to and from all the major landmarks and restaurants. Get dropped off at the entrance at Pile Gate and it’s a 5 minute walk (no stairs!!!) Andrea, our wonderful host, couldn’t be more accommodating. So easy going and very kind. She helped us adjust our itinerary due to bad weather. The apartment - is so comfy and beautiful. We had the suite with 2 beds and sofa, kitchen… everything was perfect! Can’t wait to come back for another stay in the summer time.

We had difficulty finding the apartment since entrance from the street is very poorly marked and its address was hard for us to understand. Once located, with help from a local and once communication with the property manager was established, then this place was absolutely great. Apartment is in ancient building but extremely modern and in convenient location, just off the Main Street.

Spacious, central accommodation for the old town of Dubrovnik. The host who welcomes you in is amazing, really friendly and knowledgeable of the area, and can give you some great recommendations of things to do and good restaurants to eat. The only issue is the noise. If you are there on a weekend, then there is a bar just outside the windows and main door, and so its loud...Friday it went quiet about 1am, Saturday about 3am, Sunday it was quiet from 11pm.
