Hotel di Komekami

"室内に冊子の案内が何もなく、わかりにくい部分もありました。トイレのペーパーホルダが離れすぎていて使いにくかったです。 真っ暗になってしますので、薄明の常夜灯があるといいです"

"Clean and spacious room. Fantastic onsen, perfect after a day out"

"Very lovely resort property at the top of a mountain road. Immaculately clean, well appointed rooms. We arrived in late afternoon but could not eat dinner in the main dining room as they have set meal times and we would have had to have waited 2 hours for a table. We, unfortunately, had to eat in a cafe-type facility which had a very limited menu and the food was just ok. The hot springs were nice and property well maintained."

"Well known hotel. Definitely worth the price & will be back again!"

"This is a shoe-free hotel. You leave your shoes in a locker at the entrance and walk around in socks for the entire stay. All was good until I had a simple request. I asked if an attendant could call a local clinic to find out if they could see me for an urgent eye issue. No matter how I explained my request, I couldn’t get anyone to call or explain why they wouldn’t. I’ve used Google Translate in other cities in Japan, but here it only caused confusion. I ended up wasting an hour and a half...

"My wife and I was extremely happy with my stay at Hakone Airu. It was our first time in that part of the town and hotel. First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect; Away from busy town and off to a quieter part of the town. It was also very convenient as the train station is located only 10 minutes by walk. As for the rooms and food, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and the en-suite onsen was the highlight. It was convenient and we could take a bath...

"The Onsen is so great"

"Great food services!!"

"駅に近いこと"

"The place is good and clean. Staff are very friendly but the location wise sucks tho. Very hard to find uber or bus."

"家族のお誕生日に利用させていただきました。スタッフの方々の対応が、とても素晴らしく、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。お誕生日ケーキも蝋燭をつけて、夕食に提供してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。 また、温泉も良く、全てに癒されました。"

"チェックインからチェックアウトまで"

"They give a lot of complementary things when you book with them"

"Crowded and very loud"

"Nice clean room and staff was very attentive!"

"Had a great stay at nol Hakone Myoujindai. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the food at the restaurant (half board selected) was outstanding."

"Amazing dinner"
