"Absolutely loved this place first time in Hawaii and choosing this place mad the experience that much better first they gave us a room that didn’t have the 2 queen beds that we book but I called the office and they fixed that issue right away and upgraded us to room with a king and queen bed and a LOFT my son absolutely loved the loft he said”daddy I have all this space to my self and a computer desk” he was excited it was cool with a spiral stair case going up to the loft this place was very cool clean had a little gym and the swimming pool was awesome my son loved that as well wouldn’t get out even when he was shriveled from head to toe nice view of the golf course from the pool as well all around great place and was close to anything you needed food groceries gas I’d deff go here again"

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa

"I have nothing but good things to say about the Hilton Grand Vacations Kings Land. The pool, rooms, and upkeep of the sprawling property were fantastic. In addition to the big pool, there are also smaller pools spread throughout that are closer to the individual units. We stayed in building 24, about a 7 minute walk from the lobby, but we had a pool just downstairs from us if we didn’t feel like taking the walk. The staff were so kind and helpful. Make sure you take advantage of the activities too! My daughter and I learned to weave palm fronds for a special souvenir, and the yoga looked like fun too. The trade off is that you aren’t on the beach, though there are options to get to the beach. We rented a car and it was just a short drive to Hāpuna beach, A Bay, and 49 black sand beach. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the Hilton Waikoloa and you get access to their lagoon, pools, etc. The nearby Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace are also great amenities. Many of the shops you find in Kailua have satellite locations just a 5 minute drive from Kings Land. There’s also a grocery store if you want to fill your fridge and make food for yourself during the week (each building has a few grills). The best part was that, while the property was busy, it never felt crowded. We visited in July. A similar property in Florida would have been a zoo. I would go back to Kings Land again in a heartbeat!"

"I was very happy with this property. The size was great and the view of the golf course was extremely nice. There's lots of shopping within walking distance as well as a short walk to the beach. Property has a nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi and the grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend it and would potentially stay there again if I was on the Big island. They also have laundry at the facility and a full kitchen. Very convenient."

"There are genuinely no complaints. Was hesitant going into it since there weren’t many reviews but they are very hospitable and provide you everything you need other than food on your stay. Toaster, electric kettle laundry etc. everything provided. It’s located right by two of arguable the best shopping centers on big island, like a 5 minute walk away. Genuinely no complaints."

"Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo."
