"The tram was either broken down or very slow.We walked more steps in this trip than I could possibly imagine with kids. Also , the pool slides were rarely open because it was understaffed. The staff were very nice and the property was well maintained. The cost of food and drinks was ridiculous"

"The suite in Ocean Tower was great. The amenities were excellent as well. Kids enjoyed a lot. It takes a long time to get in & out of the resort because the tram is very slow & the canal boats are out pf serbice. We wasted a lot of time getting in & out."
