"Staff was a bit dry. I didn't feel welcomed. I know we arrived early but it was a 4 O'clock wedding and that is check in time. I asked a month in advance if we could check in early and they said we'll see when the time comes. I think your hotels should take these events into consideration."

"If I could put -5 Stars I would. First upon arriving they make you give them $20 Dollars cash ONLY for a Plastic Room key. They explain "if you bring us the plastic room key back then we will return your $20." What they don't tell you is if you happen to check out early or leave when they are asleep and they don't want to answer the front desk... They pocket unreported $20 per every person in this situation. Next, it's a VERY unsecure location. EVERY side, rear or exit door is WIDE open 24/7....

"i didnt like that they had no freezer in the refrigerator in our room. we carry ice packs for our medication. they did however offer to keep them in their office freezer. overall very nice place."

"This is the first time I’ve written a review. Overall, I really liked the hotel; it is new or recently renovated, and the hallways smell fresh and new. The room is small but has everything needed to feel comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, I really liked the bathroom, and the towels were high-quality. "Our room had a strong smell of marijuana or smoking that they hotel tried to mask with a whole lot of room scents. It was so bad we had a light headache and had a hard time breathing. When I talked to the front desk staff about the smell, they said they could not help."
