"Friendly staff, great location."

"This is a nice hotel, walkable to campus. However, they tried to ignore my Expedia rate and book me in at a considerably higher rate. What was worse, I had prepaid an Expedia deposit which they had no record of. I was able to show them my email as proof. They had no interest in solving this issue for me and kept waving me off, telling me to take care of it myself later on. Upon checkout, they send you a text, instructing you to text that you have departed and they will send your final bill...

"This place was "fine". Double queen room did have a refridgerator and microwave which I don't believe that was on the website. The bathroom was old and needs a renovation."

"Room 220 has a very slow sink. There were stains on my side of the bed and the walls had stains with a few pieces missing but it was acceptable for the price and location. There are a lot of contractors who utilize this hotel which is a great location and price for them as well."

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were big with large bathrooms and lots of counter space."

"Beautiful and spacious rooms! What a great layout too. We especially appreciated that they had cribs available and already set up for us when we arrived. So nice to have a full working kitchen area and full size fridge. Great place to stay for families. Good variety of hot breakfast as well. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again!"

"Trickle shower, No pressure, dirty shower floor, Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back"

"The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring."

"The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I"

"we did not stay the staff offered us the opportunity to see the room before checking in. We took advantage of the offer and were greeted by roaches in the bathroom so we thanked the staff for the preview and left"

"The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hall way had a very strange unpleasant smell but not sure if it is a short term issue. The furniture in the room looked a little worse for wear but was functional."

"The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily."
