"The room was very clean and new. It was quiet, although small. The lack of a microwave was a downside. Check-in was confusing because I hadn’t checked my messages upon arrival. There was no reception area or staff to help with check-in. However, all the instructions were in a message sent to me before arrival. Had I checked it beforehand, I would have saved myself a lot of frustration. After the electronic check-in, you’re provided with a numeric code that acts as your key for both the front door and your room. You only need the front door code if you return after hours."

"Problèmes avec la TV, c'est Cogéco et c'est compliqué à faire fonctionner; nous avons dû faire venir la réceptionniste qui était très professionnelle et on a réussi. Quand ns sommes arrivés dans la chambre, le frigo n'avait pas été branché, c'était pas pratique car cela a pris du temps avant qu'il soit froid. Une chance que nous avons eu la réceptionniste qui était très collaboratrice et gentille pour résoudre tous ces problèmes. Nous n'avons pas aimé la chambre 110 car il manquait un fauteuil à côté de la lampe sur pied et elle était mal placée car à 5h am nous avons été réveillés par un camion qui vidait les conteneurs dans la cour. Nous sommes des habitués de cet hôtel, mais cette fois-ci nous avons été déçus de ces désagréments."
