"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and the room was lovely. Considering this was during Arsenal parade weekend where the hotel was full to capacity the service was excellent. We will definitely return on future visits to London."

"Booked a ‘deluxe room’ and was given a basement room with no windows. So pretty sure I didn’t get that a paid for, either that or the standard rooms are somehow worse?! Didn’t bother asking reception as I’d been traveling all day/overnight so couldn’t be bothered to move if that was an option. Definitely something to be cautious of when bookings and checking in"

"Location was great - heaps of groceries stores right outside and really close to the bus and tube. The apartment was clean and spacious which I liked and good water pressure in the shower. Cons - the bed was quite hard and the shower leaked on the floor (one time flooding into the main room, luckily I had spare towels). It’s also not sound proof so if this is an issue bring ear plugs as it can be loud at night with sirens and people shouting, it’s also NOT accessible for someone with a physical...

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in London zu bleiben. Leider wird das Zimmer erst ab sieben Nächten einmal zwischen gereinigt. Man kann sich zwar neue Handtücher besorgen allerdings ist es doch ganz nett, wenn zwischendurch mal sauber gemacht wird. Die Umgebung ist sicherer als gedacht. Auch wenn man sich kurz etwas gewöhnen muss."

The actual building from the outside doesn’t look desirable and some properties inside again give the impression the apartment would be run down but once past the front door it is nice . A little bit of decor could do with touching up and blinds could do with updating . We had a lovely stay and this was cheaper than holiday inn and...

"The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."
