I needed the front desk to help me recieve a package, and the delivery went perfectly. "Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip. "

"Amazing value for the price. Rooms had everything you needed and more. For example, every room has a microwave which isn’t standard in more expensive hotels. My children loved the in room game and enjoyed collecting their prize from front desk. Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The shuttle to Disney was fantastic and always on time.
