"Overall this was a lovely stay. The rooms are clean and modern. Beachside spa services were excellent although a bit pricey. The beach is lovely here however isn’t cleaned up daily. We were charged for breaking a glass in the room. The pools were plentiful (hot tub, small cool pool, two large pools, and a kid friendly pool). Food onsite was very good and service of the whole staff was so friendly!"

"This was a spontaneous trip to Koh Samet and found this gem on Expedia. I originally booked for one night but upon arrival I realized this was paradise so decided to stay for 2 nights The manager Knot was extremely helpful, polite and professional. "Been coming to Sai Kaew Resort for 16 years. It’s a great location with a very competent and friendly staff. There is major construction going on which we were unaware of. They also moved the breakfast buffet from the location next to the beach to another building which has no view.
