Our experience with them was absolutely fantastic.
First, all the stuffs are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcome and you always receive warm hospitality.
The room was so spacious and spotless. We stayed in a pool villa and the view was that beautiful, we didn’t wanna leave our room.
The food and drinks were all delicious. We absolutely enjoyed our breakfast every morning.

"Avoid this hotel! The service at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced! They promised us the room would be ready in 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes, we politely asked and out of nowhere, both front desk ladies gave us an attitude with a face! We tried to chill and they promised us another 20 mins, and again, after the 20 mins, they still didn't bother to update us until we asked again. Again, the room is still not ready. Apparently, they just simply promised us, without even talking...
