"Location is amazing. Central to trains, convenience stores, eateries, police, banks…you name it. Communication with staff was excellent through the chat function of our Expedia boooing. Responded quickly with good information. There are washer/dryer machines on-site. The wash function works perfectly, the drying will take a long time. This seems standard though for dryers in Japan. I had a load drying in for 2 hours and it was all still damp. We ended up just hanging it all up in our room on...

"Every time I’m in Tokyo, I stay here. It’s convenient, decent for the price, and the staff is extremely friendly/helpful. So why stray away from that? Tip is that I upgrade my room to have more space and I blast the AC depending on the time of year I visit. I will always come back to this place. Looooooove it! "

"The Toe library is amazing. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean and up to date. Yoshi is great host and is very easy to communicate with. He goes out of his way to help you and has lots of information about Tokyo and other cities in Japan. "When we arrived, the host was super friendly, accommodating and patient. We came in December and the unit was quite cold and we tried to adjust. The bathrooms are shared, the shower was not but there was 2 shared showers, super cold area and floor (don’t think it was heated). Price, area, convenience, local eats very good. Be prepared for very little English. Thank you for hosting us , I would stay again."

"Staying here was probably the highlight stop of our trip in Japan. The staff were very helpful and so nice upon checkin. It looked like common areas were cleaned multiple times a day and they have lots of amenities to help with your stay. The rooms were very unique and had that organic Tatami mat smell. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would love to stay here again!"
