"The villa is spacious for a large group of people, it has a separate dinning area, a big living room, common area and 6 bedrooms. However, the pool is comparatively small and not for swimming. "We stayed 5D/4N, out of which the water pump was not working on our first 2 days/nights. The staff reacted quickly and came over to the villa to temporarily fix it (so that we could have water running in the showers, toilets and sinks). This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable especially since we had elderly and children in our group. Upon check-in, the staff informed us that housekeeping would occur every 2 days. However, in reality housekeeping only occurred on Day 2 and never again....
