"Riesen Anlage - daher sehr weite Wege Sehr schöne Pools - mit Meerblick Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig Zimmer war leider an manchen Stellen nicht sauber und sehr hellhörig, vor allem die Straße. Fahrstuhl leider durchgehend defekt. Rezeption 1 teilweise unfreundliches Personal Strand hätte man schöner machen können. Massagen und Essen/Dienstleistungen komplett überteuert. Massage am Strand vom externen Anbieter top."

"The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands."

"We came here for our baby moon. We let then know in advance and the staff had prepared well to keep our stay convenient. Vegetarian breakfast was specially prepared for us. The room was super comfortable and spacious. The balcony and washroom are massive. The staff is extremely helpful. The beach is clean and cozy as well. Loved the stay overall."
