Staff was great after Expedia incorrectly informed me of how many the room would sleep. We were expecting a pullout sofa for guest 5, but staff moved us to a room that had one at no extra charge.

Our stay was for mid-travel, sleep only. Room was clean, but well worn. HVAC unit was damaged, but did work. Smoke detector was missing. Bed was comfortable. Despite pre-registration, check-in took several minutes.

The staff is really nice and they greet you when you come onto property they are very easy going with getting you checked in and getting you to your room. It’s a nice area and quiet area and its safe surroundings. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and it’s one of the cleanliness hotels I been too. Definitely will be staying more often.

Not the best. There were many places to stay at this interstate exit. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The sink was damaged. Noise from the interstate was quite noticable at first, but the room HVAC provided the "white noise" to cover. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful when we needed coffee in the room and help with the tv access.

Real roach motel.

The front lobby had a roach crawing on the floor as soon as i walked in. However the guy who helped me was awesome. He deserves to work at a 5 star hotel. So accomidating. So i ket the roach thing go. The room was ok for a 8 hr sleep but the towels in the bathroom had holes on them or almost all the way thru. Then when i was getting my shoes on to keave the next morning a roach crawled rught bu my shoe. Si when i went to check out i finally got a woman to the window after ronging the bell 4 tomes and waiting on her for 10 minutes. Roach motel for sure. But, guy that checked me in was awesome.
