"Parking was easy. Check in was smooth. Cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards. Dust everywhere and hair. The fridge has leftover beer from another guest in it that hadn’t been cleaned out. Would not stay here again. "

"Everything was great except the shuttle. I was able to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel my first night. When I was checking in I asked about the shuttle for the next day and was told no problem as long as I’m within the time it runs. Next day I call in advance for the shuttle and there’s suddenly no shuttle available the whole day. Why advertise and even tell me there’s an airport shuttle when there isn’t? The only reason I booked is for the airport shuttle. Next time I’ll book somewhere $20 nicer with a reliable shuttle. Hate getting lied to by companies. "

"that hotel is incredibly run down and disgusting. the parking lot desperately needs to be replaced, the rooms need upgrading, the fridge did not work, the curtains had blood stains on them as did a lamp shade. the blanket had THREE LARGE stains on one of the beds. The counters weren’t clean, the toilet seat wasn’t clean, and when trying to shower, it ran a bath at the same time so by the time you’re done showering the water is up to your knees. lastly, the beds were like sleeping on the floor. staff kept saying they needed a cigarette every 5 seconds. another lady came in and complained her room was filthy too. 0/10 do not recommend. "

"I always love how clean this hotel is! The casino is fun and the food is always delicious! This was the first time I booked a two queen room and the view did suck. Nothing but AC units to see. "

"Far too expensive for what they deliver. We had to call 4 times to get someone up to free up the corridor from loud party guys at 1 am, they even nocked on bedroom doors. The breakfast was dry/over cooked. Not to repeat"
