"I came to Louisville for a funeral. After the funeral I wanted to hangout with my nephews at a pool. I booked this place specifically for the pool. When I arrived at the hotel, the pool was shutdown. I stated my concerns to the front desk clerk and canceled this reservation. She assured me that I would not be charged. I booked another hotel with an open pool. I contacted Expedia. After over two weeks, the hotel refused to give me my money back."
