"I know it’s a “historic property” but when we arrived I had to carry a 47 pound suitcase up a wooden staircase that didn’t have any handrails. When I went back down to see about dinner, The communal lobby was filled with people so I thought this is going to be fun to talk to everyone…no everyone ..."

"We arrived after 10pm. We were unaware that the unit was on the second floor. There was no porch light to see the touch keys to enter the code for access. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied from the previous guests. Unit was well maintained and clean."
