"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). "This was our first ski trip to Europe. The manager Sandra and her staff made for a wonderful experience. Our room was large and comfortable. Although it was immediately over the bar/restaurant, the hotel quieted down completely by about 10:15 each night. Breakfasts were amazing and we had dinner at the Seebichl twice. "Check in und check out ist sehr unpersönlich. Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel sprechen leider kaum deutsch ..im deutschsprachigem Raum etwas schwierig Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr Kundenorientiert es wird der Gast nicht sehr wertgeschätzt. Speisenangebot ist grund solide. Einige Restaurant Mitarbeiter stechen heraus. Zb Daniel. Sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Fitnessbereich müsste besser gepflegt werden. Suite : gute Größe , allerdings fehlt bei 3 Personen Stauraum für Kleidung. Bademantel für...
