"I stayed at the Grand Hotel Wien for five nights while attending a conference in Vienna.
The hotel’s main strengths are its excellent location and cleanliness. It is very well situated for both business and sightseeing, and the property is generally well maintained.

"Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop.
Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view.
Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal .
Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees...

"This was an amazing hotel for my family of 4! After cramming into small rooms in a couple of other cities, the Altstadt family room included a separate bedroom for our children (with three twin beds). The main room had the double bed (king-sized) for my husband and I, plus a separate living area with a couch, coffee table, etc. The bathroom was spacious and offered exactly what we needed. "We saw outstanding reviews on this property. I was skeptical as reviews are now unreliable and manipulated. But took a chance. Stayed 5 nights. Now our experience was just as others described. "A really beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden.
