"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids...

"This was our first ski trip to Europe. The manager Sandra and her staff made for a wonderful experience. Our room was large and comfortable. Although it was immediately over the bar/restaurant, the hotel quieted down completely by about 10:15 each night. Breakfasts were amazing and we had dinner at the Seebichl twice.
