"Clean rooms, convenient centralized access to everything, safe, well-lit parking, a diverse complimentary hot breakfast, and attentive and friendly front desk. All the things you want to experience in a hotel. After a long 6.5 hour trip from California I was exhausted at check-in, and one front desk staff employee in particular, Andrea (Annie) was a sweetheart, and went above and beyond, by assisting me bringing things to my room. It's people like her who are an asset to a hotel. I will definitely be back!"

"Great hotel that we've stayed at many times. The indoor pool is wonderfu for all weather, the grounds are beautiful, the breackfast is good and the staff is friendly. Only complaints this time is that the hot tub wasn't hot, but warm. They were doing something with the carpet on the 2nd floor and there were pieces of carpet everywhere."

"The front desk personnel were very friendly the morning breakfast nice and hot and the servers were very nice and friendly the pool and hot tub were very clean outside fire place was a nice ambiance. "

"Super friendly staff, great room. The view from our first floor room was a wall so that wasn't great. The pool was closed for work which was disappointing, but a temporary thing. I would stay there again!"

"I love hotels.com and have used for years. I do NOT like Onejey, who uses Expedia. I always request a room on the first floor if there is no elevator, as I have vertigo and my MIL has bad knees. Stairs are dangerous. Unfortunately my last couple of months of travelling the message is not conveyed from the reservation through, I think, Expedia or something. Yes the rooms are good but I always hope I don’t fall down stairs because the message was not forwarded. "
