"I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say this place was disgusting. It looked like it was in the process of being remodeled and shutting down, with bugs present in the rooms. The electricity went out during my stay, and the bedsheets and linens were dirty. There was a lot of damage and stains on the sheets, and the towels were old and worn out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up finding another hotel. I didn't stay the night because of the poor conditions."

"Communication was bad prior to our stay. We messaged them and they never got back to us. Check in was extremely slow and so was check out - the staff kept getting distracted and didn’t process our requests efficiently.
Other than that the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and attentive and remembered us for breakfast. The pool was good and the loungers over the pool were great. "
