"I really wanted to like Kittery Inn and Suites, but the room felt less “cozy coastal stay” and more “forgotten storage unit with plumbing.” The room was dirty, including the toilet seat and floor. The “sofa” appeared to be outdoor furniture dressed up with cheap foam pads and tired old cushion covers, which was certainly a choice. "It was a rainy Memorial Day weekend but the whole experience there is just wonderful! From the friendliness of the staff to the super nice breakfast spread to the stuffed haddock with lobster sauce for dinner, everything was lively."

"Every aspect of the rooms and service had an extra level of thought behind them. The Nespresso machines were a nice surprise. The lobby had ice all the time so make iced coffees; they were great for on-the-go mornings. The toiletries and diffusers all used very pleasant essential oils that were calming and not intrusive."

"this was a perfect stay for me. I was fishing two days and needed two nights stay. super clean, nice room, great bed, friendly at the front desk, quiet, easy parking and several entrances so you can get right to your car. I had a great stay."

"Our room smelled like piss/sperm and weed on the bedsheets, so my wife and I told the front desk and he gave us room 10 which was close to the front desk which had 2 queen beds and it was much cleaner and smelled a lot better than previous rooms. I think they take care of certain rooms a little better than other rooms."

"I don’t have to bring my own pillow for a comfortable sleep, the pillows are just perfect. The beds are very comfortable as well, don’t wake up stiff or sore from sleeping on a cheap mattress."

"The Hotel is clean and the Ocean Front Balcony King bed room was large and very nice. The staff are friendly and check in and out was efficient. Vallet staff were excellent. My wife and I really like The Ashworth by the Sea The only issue we had was their was no hot water in the shower So for the cost we paid for 1 night it was disappointing to not have hot water for a shower in the morning. We will be back again, bit will check the shower after arrival"
