thank you for the lovely vacation in your apartment. One bit of advise, you should consider a second futon in the living instead of the accent chair because it will increase the sitting room. Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood. The staff was also professional.

Great location, great staff, very accommodating, safe and quiet location. We were attending a funeral and mentioned it to coordinator and they went out the way to hand us a rum and a consolation card. These are some caring folks. Would recommend to all.

The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Our overall stay was relaxing, very comfortable beds and the apartment have air condition units in all rooms including in the common areas. The parking is a bit narrow but the complex is very quiet as well the neighborhood. I would stay there again.

The keys to the front door seems to be a copy because it sometime is hard to turn. Either that or the door lock needs to be oiled. Everything else worked very well and the trip was a success. I would book here again.

Blessings! Thanks you Tasha for helping us with all our arrangements. My family really enjoy the stay in your apartment. When we decided to visit Kingston we wanted two things, an apartment that is fully air condition and one the have been on this website for awhile. It would appear this one have been around for a few years. The apartment is very nice and is as shown online. All the appliance and other amenities worked as expected. The apartment is in a decent and safe part of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to many essentials. Blessings for the wonderful job you guys did of making use feel at home. Keep up the good work.

I didn't like the fact that they property is priced and listed on false advertising. The property is located in the middle of a ghetto, in the middle the inner city - NOT by the beach or near the golf course as advertised.

There weren't a lot of great deals for long stay but we found one here. The owners offered a couple of complimentary cleanings during our stay so dispute all the amenities of home we felt like we were in a hotel. Summers are hot on the island and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed that the entire apartment have AC. We will be back next summer. Please keep the doors open and the lights on for us.

Having an air condition unit in the family room as well made a huge difference. The last two apartments we rented in Kingston only had AC in the bedrooms. The apartment turned out to be very comfortable and homie. Glad we tried it

Fifth carnival in a row we book a property from the CASA group of properties. As a business owner the one thing I really admire is that the staff members I have been dealing with year after year have not changed and they appear to be very happy with their jobs. This is the third time Jenny (the manager) is checking us in. Apparently she manages a handful of these apartments. This is the first apartment we booked on Expedia back in 2014, so it is full circle. The apartment (Casa Alexandria) was renovated, perhaps recently. As a business owner, I have great admiration for this business, they deliver a very unique experience. They are reliable and have serve us 7 times in 5 years mostly at carnival time but they consistency of delivering clean, functional apartments across the boards and that is very admirable. From one apartment to the next there is a welcome juice and water in the refrigerator, a guest guide book on the coffee table and a welcoming manager to greet us with a smile. I know how hard it is to get staff to maintain standards. To whomever that read this review, this is a review of the entire CASA Company. These apartments are operated by solid business people and I would book anything in Kingston that has CASA in front the name without second guessing the service and product I will receive.

I am not the one to write review though all my travel decision are based on other people's reviews. Today I become a contributor to the review community. We had a very good time at Alexandria's apartment. It is worth the while staying booking. If you want free breakfast just remember to let them know you want to reserve it. Oh, that is if your booking qualify.

Nice apartment, all amenities in were in good condition and working order. We had a slight problem with the dryer not drying our clothes and the manage came with maintenance and while we were out at requested. The problem was fixed by the time we came back from brunch. It was refreshing to see things getting done on a Sunday morning with great efficiency. I am very impress with the professionalism. The beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks for a good vacation.

Worth the money. Like the fact apartment was 100% air conditioned. It was not the Ritz, but the place was well put together and we were treated well by Jennifer the manager. I will definitely visit again.

Stayed here in 2015 when my cousin got married. They have gotten better, the beds are much more comfortable and the apartment itself looks better, different colors. Jennifer, is a very good manager she is alway prompt and attentive. I love this lovely fully air conditioned apartment and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, just right for me. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back.
