Not at all as advertised in description. Sitting area directly adjacent to owner’s bedroom - an elderly woman in poor health. She also leaves her bedroom door open. Room for guests is so small two people and even one suitcase would not fit.

Host only communicated via text message very limited accessibility. 'King bed' was two singles shoved together with a terrible mattress topper incredibly uncomfortable. Had to ask the host mulitple times to turn the heat on. Walls are paper thin. Extremely over priced and uncomfortable.

The kitchen common area was convenient to have and has a fridge to store your food and drinks. There was a stove but it would have been better if they had a microwave which the kitchen did not have. The bed and linens were really comfortable. No wonder they call their B&B Beds on Clouds!

Rebecca is the most terrible thing among all other things. She is the owner, receptionis, and what not. She is ill behaved, racist and a real trouble maker. She is sick but that can’t be the excuse for mistreating the guests.

Don’t stay here.

Where to start… I have never left a review for anything, so you know it was bad. The house manager was rude over the phone, slightly more reasonable in person. The kitchen was closed, so the bed and breakfast had no breakfast - seemingly something that should have been addressed before allowing anyone to book the room. If the kitchen is closed for maintenance - you should tell potential guests, or at the very least, offer to cover their breakfast expense since they have to go elsewhere. The place was a mess. Room was clean in the sense that the bed was made - but everything was covered in dust. The AC was a wall unit that was mounted so high you couldn’t reach it unless standing on the mattress. There was no hot water in the shower. Don’t stay here.

The old is literally crazy , it’s sad but true I tried to check in 2 days ago and she started screaming and crying at me and my young son. She would not give us the room we reserved and cursed at us for having to pay fees to Expedia . In short my kid started crying because of this chaos , we turned around and left !!!! My kid

The bed was ok and the shower worked. There was no breakfast !!! I was charged 25 bucks for the extra person , but my 2 children and I all slept on 2 twins pushed together. And again - THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST.

I ordered a room with two separate beds which they was not there when we arrived at the BB. The end result we had to scramble and find a different location in the mid of a snow storm. Upsetting! Maybe also illegal .

The hostess was offensive and infuriating to say the least. I would hope a hostess would take a note when someone doesn't want to hear about conspiracy theories or hateful thoughts. The hospitality was wonderful and consideration for a well stay with amenities was nice. Which makes this harder to say. Lastly, and most importantly, they called me up directly to say they didn't want me to use an amex card and forced me to switch my form of payment over the phone. She mandated for our personal home address. And finally began to say how much expedia was ripping her off and how much expedia are crooks.

Good location

Room floor seemed to not be flat and bed mattress could have been more comfortable. The bed and breakfast home is a bit small and packed. Breakfast was amazingly cooked and home was very clean.

Amazing Gem in a Windham NY

Sato & Rebecca were gracious hosts who accommodated us last minute with my little service dog “Number One” The room was absolutely lovely super comfortable beds great bathroom great water pressure in the shower some excellent photographs on the wall from Siegfried and Roy of Las Vegas. The highlight was the gourmet breakfast in the morning I’m still thinking about the amazing omelette fresh fruit and potatoes gratin which were cooked to perfection . If I didn’t know that Sato was an accomplished professional photographer he certainly missed his calling as a gourmet chef. We shared many great conversations with both and I look forward to staying up there again .
