"Parking was good, check in was fine, room was clean, good size room we were in a accessible room, plenty of lights in room but did not have one on ceiling which would have helped when doing hair and makeup, good size tv, room warm good heater. Bathroom great size has shower and two sinks. Breakfast good and we had a evening meal at Hotel it was good had steak and ale pie. Have stayed at Hotel.before and will stay again. "The room itself was quite comfortable and there was tea and coffee, soap, clean towels, clean bedding, the room was clean and warm. I paid for a private bathroom which was right next to my room, they did put a sign up telling customers not to use it but that doesnt necessarily stop people, I was lucky that it was quiet and not busy when I went so I had no issues there. Also if you're getting there after 5pm make sure you call up before you get there as you need a code to get in the building,...

"The main reason we booked was because of the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on Friday with a Sunday departure, we were told it was not available that weekend. The hotel's write-up on Expedia should be much clearer to let travellers know they MUST book the shuttle 3 days in advance or it may be unavailable."

We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot.
