"The big advantage is the closeness to the downtown and surrounding area as right on Regent Street that leads you to most locations . The staff are great and the restaurant is very good especially the breakfast. The room was very modern and clean. The only issue was the internet and staff noted to me that the IT personnel were in the process of upgrading . I would recommend the facility."

"Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. "

"The Delta Fredericton is the nicest hotel in the province. We love the Delta and stay there whenever in town. The restaurant is fantastic. The bar is fantastic and the rooms are magnificent.
