The staff was very nice and welcoming…. unfortunately, since the elevator was being replaced, I had asked for a 2nd floor room when I booked…when checking in we were offered on the 4 th fl…after checking again, we were given on the 3 rd floor. It was VERY noisy but no fault of the hotel. The hotel needs some TLC.
